We are not responsible for any interactions between Employers and candidates.
VZhiring.com is not liable for any errors or omissions in job listings or candidate profiles.
VZhiring.com is not responsible any false data submitted by Job Seeker in their application.

10. Limitation of Liability
VZhiring.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our recruiting services.

11. Governing Law
These Terms will be subject to Indian Law and the jurisdiction of Indian Courts.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
VZhiring IT Solutions reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification. VZhiring is not responsible if any candidate has committed crime/illegal activity at employer’s premises. Background verification of candidates who are/will be hired is a responsibility of respective recruiter/recruiter’s company.
